In order to ensure that your order can be processed successfully during the coming Spring Festival holiday. We would like to draw your attention to the following matters:
Deadline for the orders:
Orders paid before Jan. 13 will be shipped out before the holiday.
For orders after this deadline, we will ship them to you ASAP according to the time sequence of order payment before the carrier's holiday. However, please note that due to the uncertain factors of production and shipping couriers, we cannot guarantee specific fulfillment times.
You can continue to sell throughout the entire holiday, however you should avoid scaling new winning campaigns from January 21th to January 27th.
By January 27th it is safe to resume launching and scaling your campaigns and there won’t be any noticeable delays for your customers.
Between January 13st and January 27th, we highly recommend you put some sort of notification on your site (like a banner) letting customers know that their packages may be delayed 10-14 days due to the holiday.
For production, our factory will be on holiday from January 21th to January 27th, 2023, and will operate at a limited capacity from January 21th – January 27th to make sure we stay on top of your orders however the shipping couriers will be shut down during the duration of the holiday.
For shipping, Standard shipping will be off from January 21st to January 24th. Packages will be dispatched from January 25th. Express shipping will be off from January 21st to January 27th. Packages will be dispatched from January 28th.
Online customer service:
InkPOD online customer service will continue to serve you, but there will be a delay, and the reply will be within 2 days at the latest, after-sales problems will be dealt with uniformly afterwards.
